ATTENTION: On June 9, 2022, Commonwealth Dermatology, PLLC changed to a new Electronic Health Records system (“EHR”). Your patient account and medical records were automatically transferred to the new system, but financial transactions prior to the change date will remain securely stored in the old EHR.
